Your custom journey starts with a $150 design fee. This covers a professional computer rendering of your piece, created by our design team. The fee is non-refundable \u2014 it pays for the design work itself.<\/p>

Step 2 \u2014 See It & Get Your Exact Price<\/h2>

Once your design is ready, we show you exactly what your piece will look like and give you the exact final price. No guessing, no estimates \u2014 you know precisely what you’re investing in before committing.<\/p>

Step 3 \u2014 Your $150 Counts Toward the Piece<\/h2>

Decide to build it with us? Your $150 design fee is applied directly toward the total cost of your piece. So the design work isn’t an extra expense \u2014 it’s the first step of your purchase.<\/p>

Step 4 \u2014 50% Deposit to Begin<\/h2>

Once you approve the design and price, we ask for a 50% deposit to start production. This secures your materials and reserves time at our master jeweler’s bench.<\/p>

Step 5 \u2014 Crafting & Delivery (3\u20135 weeks)<\/h2>

Our master jeweler brings your piece to life. Most custom pieces take 3\u20135 weeks, though the timeline can vary with complexity. When it’s ready, pay the remaining balance and pick it up in-store, or have it shipped (1\u20132 business days of prep).<\/p>
