The difference between this and a flat pavé heart is the dome. The puffy heart face is raised and three-dimensional, the curvature catches highlights along its surface and adds visual depth that a flat stud can’t replicate. The diamonds are also larger per stone than micro-pavé, meaning each one is distinct and visible from across the room. Same 0.15ctw as our flat heart in that size — bolder read, more sculptural presence on the ear. Screw-back closures keep both earrings locked in place all day.
