We’re committed to getting your jewelry to you safely. Please read this policy carefully — it explains our shipping times, your insurance options, and where responsibility sits at each step.
1. Where We Ship
We ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time
2. Processing & Delivery Times
- In-stock items: ship within 1–3 business days.
- Made-to-order and custom items: 1–4 weeks of crafting time, plus 1–2 business days to prepare your shipment before it leaves our store.
- Full bespoke custom designs: 3–5 weeks (see our Custom Process page).

3. Sales Tax
Orders shipped within Connecticut are subject to applicable Connecticut sales tax, calculated at checkout
4. Shipping Insurance — Please Read Carefully
Every package we send includes basic carrier coverage of up to $100 only.
If your order is worth more than $100, we strongly recommend adding Extended Shipping Insurance at checkout. This provides full coverage for the declared value of your package and faster claim support in the event of loss, theft, or damage in transit.

If you choose NOT to add Extended Shipping Insurance, you accept full responsibility for any loss, theft, or damage above the $100 basic coverage. We cannot reimburse value beyond what is insured.
5. Risk of Loss & Delivered Packages
- Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, responsibility for it transfers to you. We are not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery has been confirmed.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other events outside our control.
• You are responsible for providing a correct, complete shipping address. We are not responsible for orders sent to an address entered incorrectly at checkout, and re-shipping costs in that case are the customer’s responsibility.

6. In-Store Pickup data
Free and easy. Select “Store Pickup” at checkout and collect your order at 569 Park St, Hartford, CT.
For your security, orders paid by card require the cardholder to present a valid government-issued photo ID and the card used for the purchase at pickup. Please wait for our confirmation that your order is ready before coming in.
