Store

569 Park St, Hartford, CT 06106, in the heart of Hartford. We have free parking in the back of the building, plus street parking nearby.

Monday through Saturday, 10:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Closed Sundays. Walk in anytime during business hours — no appointment needed.

Process

It starts with a $150 design fee (non-refundable) that covers a professional computer design of your piece. With the design, we give you the exact final price. If you build it with us, that $150 goes toward the total. To begin production, we ask for a 50% deposit. Most custom pieces take 3–5 weeks, depending on complexity.

10K and 14K gold in stock, and 18K gold by special order or custom. For stones, we work with CZ, lab-grown diamonds, and natural diamonds and gemstones.

Yes, we're a licensed precious metals dealer in Connecticut. Sell for cash, or trade in for store credit (trade-in value is usually higher). Free appraisal, no appointment needed.

We're primarily walk-in, so come by anytime during business hours. If you'd prefer a more private consultation — for a big custom project or a focused shopping experience — just call or text us at (860) 560-2020 and we'll schedule something that works for you.

Yes — it's one of our specialties. Bring in an old chain or a piece you no longer wear, and our master jeweler can melt it down and build it into something brand new

Online, we offer Affirm — pay monthly with no impact to your credit score to check your rate. In-store, we offer Acima and Snap, both with no perfect credit required. Ask us in-store and we'll find the right fit

Orders & Returns

We ship within the United States only at this time.

In-stock items ship within 1–3 business days. Made-to-order and custom pieces take 1–4 weeks to craft, plus 1–2 business days of shipping preparation before the package leaves our store. Full bespoke custom designs take 3–5 weeks — see our Custom Process page

Every package includes basic carrier coverage up to $100. For pieces worth more than that, we strongly recommend adding Extended Shipping Insurance at checkout, priced by the value of your order. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

Yes — free store pickup at 569 Park St. Select it at checkout and we'll text you when it's ready. (For card purchases, the cardholder must bring a photo ID and the card used.)

Eligible items can be returned within 10 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and in original condition with packaging. Custom, personalized, engraved pieces, grillz, and earrings are final sale. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. See our Returns & Exchanges page.

Yes — every purchase includes a free 1-month manufacturing warranty covering genuine factory defects. It does not cover customer damage, theft, loss, or normal wear. See our Warranty page for full details
