1. Free 1-Month Manufacturing Warranty
Every purchase includes a complimentary 1-month (30-day) manufacturing warranty from the date of delivery. This covers genuine manufacturing defects only
2. What’s Covered
✓ Defects in materials or workmanship that appear under normal wear within 30 days
✓ Faulty clasps, settings, or assembly caused by manufacturing — not by accident
3. What’s NOT Covered
Our warranty applies strictly to manufacturing defects. It does NOT cover:
✗ Damage caused by the customer (drops, bending, crushing, snags, chemical or water exposure)
✗ Theft, loss, or disappearance of the item
✗ Normal wear and tear (scratches, fading, dulling, thinning over time)
✗ Accidental damage or misuse
✗ Stones lost due to impact, wear, or improper care
✗ Any repair, resizing, or alteration performed by anyone other than Pereira Jewelry (this voids the warranty)
✗ Items purchased from anyone other than Pereira Jewelry
4. How to Make a Warranty Claim

Even after your warranty period ends, we’re here for you. We perform repairs, resizing, stone replacement, and maintenance at a fair, honest cost — for the life of your piece
6. Free Cleaning & Inspection
Bring any piece you bought from us back anytime for a free professional cleaning and inspection. We’ll check your settings and keep your jewelry sparkling — on the house.
