5-STEP FLOW
Step 1 — Design Consultation ($150)
Your custom journey starts with a $150 design fee. This covers a professional computer rendering of your piece, created by our design team. The fee is non-refundable — it pays for the design work itself.
Step 2 — See It & Get Your Exact Price
Once your design is ready, we show you exactly what your piece will look like and give you the exact final price. No guessing, no estimates — you know precisely what you’re investing in before committing.
Step 3 — Your $150 Counts Toward the Piece
Decide to build it with us? Your $150 design fee is applied directly toward the total cost of your piece. So the design work isn’t an extra expense — it’s the first step of your purchase.
Step 4 — 50% Deposit to Begin
Once you approve the design and price, we ask for a 50% deposit to start production. This secures your materials and reserves time at our master jeweler’s bench.
Step 5 — Crafting & Delivery (3–5 weeks)
Our master jeweler brings your piece to life. Most custom pieces take 3–5 weeks, though the timeline can vary with complexity. When it’s ready, pay the remaining balance and pick it up in-store, or have it shipped (1–2 business days of prep).

Turn Old Gold Into Something New
Have an old chain, a ring you never wear, or an inherited piece? We can melt your old gold and incorporate it directly into your new custom design. Same gold, brand-new life. Ask us about it during your consultation.
