We want you to love your piece. If something isn’t right, here’s exactly how returns and exchanges work, please read carefully before requesting a return.
1. Return Window
Eligible items may be returned within 10 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. After 10 days, all sales are final.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.
2. Eligibility
To be eligible, items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original condition with all original packaging and any certificates or documentation.
The following are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:
• Custom and made-to-order pieces
• Personalized or engraved items
• Grillz (molded to your teeth)
• Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
• Special-order items
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
3. Return Shipping — Customer Responsibility
Return shipping is paid by the customer. You may also bring your return to our store in person during business hours.
If you ship your return to us, you do so at your own risk. We are not responsible for items that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit on their way back to us. We strongly recommend using a trackable, insured shipping method. If a returned item does not arrive, or arrives damaged, we cannot process a refund.
4. Condition on Arrival
All returns are inspected when we receive them. Items that show signs of wear, damage, alteration, or that are missing parts or original packaging will be refused, returned to you at your expense, and no refund will be issued.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and approve your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within [5–7] business days. Original shipping charges and any insurance fees are non-refundable.

7. Damaged or Defective on Arrival
